Admission is expected to occur in Q2-2021. Bixteth managed the recent private fundraising round of £741k for Voyager and they are our first client to be moving to IPO. As CEO Nick Tulloch said in this morning’s announcement: “We believe that Aquis provides an ideal platform for Voyager to continue to build its profile and provide our investors with liquidity whilst maintaining the Company’s EIS-qualifying status.”
